Looking for a way to help your students break the ice and make new friends? These icebreaker human bingo templates are the perfect solution for the first day of school or any time you’re bringing a new group of kids together!
Designed specifically with school children in mind, this get to know you activity helps students discover fun facts about their classmates while getting them comfortable with starting conversations. I remember how nervous I used to feel meeting new classmates (even 30+ years later), but games like this always helped ease those first-day jitters!
This set includes 10 different human bingo templates, each with its own unique color and set of prompts. They’re also numbered from 1 to 10 at the bottom to keep things organized. Each card has a fun mix of questions like “Can draw well,” “Has been to a farm,” or “Knows how to roller skate.” These prompts will get students up and talking as they search for a different person to sign each box.
You can choose how you’d like to play! Want to keep things fair? Print the same card for everyone. Looking for a little extra fun? Give each student a different card—this way, they’ll have to mingle even more. Whether you pick just a few or decide to use all 10, it’s bound to make for an exciting first day!

How to Play Icebreaker Bingo
- Hand out the bingo cards (or let students choose their favorite design).
- The goal is to fill the card by finding classmates who match the descriptions in each box.
- Once they find someone who fits, they write that person’s name in the square.
- You decide how the game ends! Students can fill rows or columns, or aim to complete the whole board! There is a score out of 25 on each template if your goal is to find as many as possible (which we reccomend)!
