ADHD Planner Printable

If you’ve bought three planners this year and abandoned all of them by week two, you’re not undisciplined. You’re using the wrong tool. Most planners assume you’ll remember to open them, that an hour actually feels like an hour to you, and that a blank line is enough reason to write on it. None of that holds up for an ADHD brain, which is exactly why an ADHD planner printable built around symptoms, not aesthetics, works so much better than whatever’s half-finished in your bag right now.

This is a free printable ADHD planner set with 161 pages: everything from a single Brain Dump sheet to a full life admin binder with dividers for finance, medical and household paperwork. Grab exactly the pages you need, skip the rest, and reprint anything that ends up covered in coffee rings. No email, no account, just the PDF.

What’s Inside This ADHD Planner Printable Set

The set opens with a cover page and ten section dividers (Planners, Life Admin, Goals, Tasks and Lists, Household Maintenance, Health, Food, Finance, Other Templates, Notes, Monthly Blank Calendars) so you can build an actual binder instead of a loose stack of paper. From there you get the daily and weekly planning core: a yearly overview, Monday-start and Sunday-start monthly grids, a full Monday-through-Sunday set of daily pages with hourly schedules, top-3 priorities and to-do lists, plus softer 3-block layouts (Daily Routine, This Week, Basic Plan) for the days when an hour-by-hour grid feels like too much. Task and goal pages cover a Task Plan, Priority Planner, Brain Dump sheet, Goal Planner, weekly and monthly goal trackers, habit trackers, checklists and a pros & cons page for decision paralysis. The health, food and fitness section holds mood, medication, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, workout and meal-planning pages, and the finance section covers budgets, bills, debt payoff, savings and expense tracking. Round it out with a full life admin and medical records section (contacts, passwords, insurance, appointments, allergy and immunization logs), household pages (cleaning checklist, chore chart, grocery list, pantry, fridge and freezer inventories), a stack of note-taking layouts (lined, dot grid, Cornell, hexagonal) and 24 undated monthly calendar pages you can drop into any year.

How to Download These ADHD Planner Printables

Which Planner Page Fixes Which ADHD Symptom

Most ADHD planner advice describes the problem in general terms and then hands you one planner and hopes it sticks. That’s backwards. Different ADHD symptoms need different page structures, and once you know which symptom you’re fighting on a given day, picking the right page from this set takes about five seconds.

  • Time blindness (losing track of how long anything actually takes): use the hour-by-hour daily pages for Monday through Sunday, or the Work Plan with its 5 AM to 11 PM time slots. Seeing the hours laid out in front of you does the work your internal clock won’t.
  • Task paralysis (too many steps, no idea where to start): use the Task Plan or Priority Planner. Both break a task into action steps and a timetable instead of one intimidating line item.
  • Forgetfulness and racing thoughts: use the Brain Dump page. Get the thought out of your head and onto paper before it either steals your focus or disappears entirely.
  • Emotional dysregulation: use the Daily Mood tracker, logged at wake-up, lunch and before bed, so you can spot the pattern instead of just riding it.
  • Overwhelm from a rigid schedule: use the softer Daily Routine, This Week or Basic Plan layouts, which split the day into Morning/Day/Night or Morning/Afternoon/Evening blocks instead of hours.
  • Decision fatigue: use the Pros & Cons page for the days when even choosing what to work on first feels like too much.

3-Block Days vs. Hour-by-Hour Time Blocking: Which ADHD Planner Layout Is More Suited

Most ADHD advice will tell you hour-by-hour schedules backfire, and it’s right that a rigid grid can turn into one more thing to feel guilty about. What it usually skips is what to use instead, or when the hourly grid is actually the better call.

The 3-block layouts in this set, the Daily Routine Charts style Morning/Day/Night sections and the This Week and Basic Plan pages with their Morning/Afternoon/Evening columns, work best on days with no fixed appointments. You’re not committing to being at your desk at 9am sharp, you’re deciding what belongs in the morning versus the evening. That flexibility is the point: if a priority sneaks into 11am instead of 9am, nothing on the page is technically wrong.

The hour-by-hour daily pages, one for each day of the week, earn their keep on days that have fixed times attached: appointments, calls, school pickup, a shift that starts at a specific hour. Time blindness means those fixed points don’t feel real until they’re written down next to the hours around them. Use the hourly grid when the day has anchors, and the 3-block layout when it doesn’t. Most weeks need both, which is why this set includes them side by side instead of forcing you into one format.

The Brain Dump Page: Where ADHD Thoughts Go Before They Steal Your Focus

Racing thoughts and ADHD go together, and most of what races through isn’t even that important, it just refuses to leave until you’ve written it down somewhere. The Brain Dump page in this set is built for exactly that moment: three sections, People to Contact, Things to Schedule and Follow Up On, plus a general notes area, so the thought has somewhere specific to land instead of floating in your head next to everything else.

Keep one Brain Dump sheet within reach all day rather than saving it for a dedicated “brain dump session.” The second a thought hits, call the dentist, that email you forgot, a follow-up you owe someone, write it in the matching section and get back to what you were doing. At the end of each evening, everything in “Things to Schedule” moves onto tomorrow’s planner page, everything in “People to Contact” becomes tomorrow’s phone calls, and the sheet itself gets recycled. If you want more layouts built the same way, our Brain Dump Templates collection has several more.

How to Use Each Page (So You’re Never Staring at a Blank Template)

A blank template can be just as paralyzing as a blank to-do list, so here’s what each core page is actually asking you to fill in, section by section.

  1. Cover page and dividers: fill in your name and contact details once on the cover, then use the ten section dividers to split the pack into a binder instead of leaving it as one long stack of paper.
  2. Weekly and daily pages: pick a Monday-start or Sunday-start month, then drop in the daily page for whichever day has fixed appointments, filling the schedule column first and the Top 3 Priorities second. Priorities without a time slot are the ones that get skipped.
  3. Task Plan and Priority Planner: write the task at the top, break it into a handful of action steps underneath, then only after that fill in the timetable column. Skipping straight to a due date without the steps is what causes task paralysis in the first place.
  4. Goal Planner and weekly goals: the “Why?” box on the Goal Planner isn’t optional filler, it’s the line you reread when motivation drops, so fill it in before the milestones. For similar layouts, our SMART Goal Templates collection has more formats. For anything you’re tracking week to week instead, the weekly goals grid (goal, goal amount, actual) does the same job on a shorter timeline; see our Weekly Goal Planners for other layouts.
  5. Checklist and Pros & Cons: use the plain checklist for anything with more than three steps (our Daily Checklist Templates has more styles), and the Pros & Cons page whenever you catch yourself circling the same decision for the third day running. See our Pros and Cons List for more layouts. Writing both columns side by side usually breaks the loop faster than thinking it through in your head does.
  6. Important Dates: this single page holds anything with a fixed date you can’t afford to lose track of, birthdays, renewals, deadlines, so you’re not relying on memory for the handful of dates that actually matter. Our Important Dates Tracker collection has more formats if you need a bigger version.

Don’t Forget to Schedule the Reward

Every ADHD planner conversation eventually turns into a productivity lecture, which is part of why so many planners get abandoned by Wednesday. The Daily Routine page’s “At Night” block and the evening slots on the hourly daily pages aren’t just there for wind-down tasks. They’re where you write in something you actually want to do once the required stuff is done: a show, a snack you’ve been looking forward to, twenty minutes with no phone.

Treat the reward the same way you’d treat a meeting you can’t skip. Write it down before the day starts, not after, or it quietly gets replaced by “just five more minutes of email.” If a day goes sideways and you only get through half your Top 3 Priorities, the reward still happens. The point isn’t to earn it through perfect execution, it’s to build a rhythm where finishing, even imperfectly, is expected to feel decent by evening instead of exhausting.

Building a Life Admin Binder, Not Just a Daily Page

The Life Admin section of this set isn’t a single page, it’s an entire tab of its own binder skeleton: the Life Admin divider up front, followed by Online Accounts, Quick Contacts, Contact List and Password Log, then the Medical Documents divider leading into Personal Information, Child’s Information, Detailed Contacts, Medical Contacts, Family History, Medical History, Allergy Log, Medication History, Medical Appointments, Doctor Notes, Surgical History, Dental History, Immunization Record, Lab Work, Health Insurance and two Medical Spending Record formats. The Finance divider does the same job for Shopping Log, Debt Payment, Income, Expense, Bill Checklist, Budget Plan, Weekly Savings, Weekly Spending, Tax Deductions, Debt Snowball, Banking Accounts, Coupon Log and Wish List. The Household Maintenance divider leads into its own stretch too: Cleaning Checklist, Chore Chart, Plant Watering, Pet Care, Grocery List, Pantry, Fridge and Freezer inventories, which we cover in more depth below.

Print the dividers on slightly heavier paper if your printer allows it, punch them alongside everything else, and you’ve got a binder with real tabs instead of a folder of loose PDFs. Keep the Life Admin tab for anything you’d need in an emergency, your own or a family member’s, and the Finance tab for paperwork you touch monthly rather than daily. For the contact-specific pages, our Contact List Templates collection has more layout options if the Quick Contacts or Contact List page here doesn’t fit how many people you need to track.

ADHD Cleaning Planner Printable Pages: Cleaning Without Waiting for Motivation

If you searched for an adhd cleaning planner printable specifically, this is the section for you. Motivation isn’t a reliable resource for an ADHD brain, and every cleaning method that actually works skips it entirely in favor of a timer. Pick one room. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Clean until it goes off, then stop, even if the room isn’t finished. The task never gets bigger than 10 minutes, which means it never gets big enough to avoid.

The Cleaning Checklist in this set splits jobs into Daily Tasks and Weekly Tasks instead of one long list, so a 10-minute session has an obvious next item instead of you standing in the kitchen deciding where to start. The Chore Chart does the same across a household, with columns for each day of the week, useful if cleaning duties get split between roommates, a partner, or kids old enough to own a task. Print both, stick them somewhere you’ll actually see, the fridge, the inside of a cupboard door, and let the timer decide when you’re done rather than how you feel about the state of the room.
